Cerro Gordo County, Iowa- A client charged with Burglary in the 1st Degree, a Class B felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison, was able to avoid a felony conviction after attorney Grant Gangestad was able to obtain a favorable resolution prior to trial. The client's charge was reduced and he received a deferred judgment, was placed on probation, and will not lose any of his gun possession or voting rights due to a felony conviction.
