United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa, Sioux City. Federal charges of Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Deliver and Weapons charges dismissed by the United States Government after GRL Law was successful in challenging the arresting officers search of Defendant's property. A federal judge ruled that the search was illegal and violated the 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution and all evidence obtained as a result of that search was declared inadmissible at trial. Rather than appeal and further contest the Judge's decision, the United States elected to concede defeat and dismiss all charges against GRL Law's client.
