I was recently out with a friend after a grueling 16 hour work day. We were both tired. I was driving, so obviously remained sane. We ended up at an establishment last into the evening with friends and closed shop. When we left the establishment, we were followed by town law enforcement, who, long story short, picked me up. I called for reinforcement as I was not sure what to do. As it turns out, this particular weekend was a "sting weekend" and they were picking up large amounts of people for various reasons. I ended up on the short end of the stick as far as the process is concerned, and there were flaws in the manner in which I and my situation were handled. Grant Gangestad had been recommended by a family friend previously, and he received the call at 2 a.m. Grant was prompt, courteous, on target, readily available, and on spot %100 of the time. He knew how to "play the game," and my interests were served well. What started out as an injustice as far as how law enforcement proceeded ended up in my case being dismissed with no charges. I am convinced that it was largely due to Grants diligence and expertise. I would highly recommend Grant and/or his team for any and all legal defense, esp. for DUI charges.
