Injured Worker Receives $30,000 Settlement

Appanoose County, Iowa.  A GRL client, working as a welder, sustained injuries to his shoulders and arm from two separate incidents, one where he received 2nd and 3rd degree burns, and another where the hydraulics malfunctioned while he was working on a dump truck.  The insurance company agreed to settle the case for $30,000 and all medical bills paid, depsite their own doctors claiming the client had no permanent impairment.
