Jasper County OWI dismissed after filing of motion to suppress evidence

Jasper County, Iowa.  Jasper County attorney agrees that stop of GRL Law client's vehicle was unconstitutional.  Evidence of OWI breath test was suppressed.  Client pled guilty to public intoxication with a $65 fine.  Client's driver's license was spared, and jail time, thousands in fines, and probation avoided.
