Crawford County, Iowa- A GRL Law juvenile client was charged with 6 counts of Sexual Abuse- 2nd Degree, a Class "B" Felony, and 2 counts of Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse. After successfull pretrial representation, Grant Gangestad was able to negotiate a plea to a serious misdemeanor charge. The client will be on probation to juvenile court services and will be able to avoid a lifetime sex offender registry requirement.
