OWI first amended to reckless driving

Polk County Iowa.  Client was charged with operating while intoxicated after the officer stopped his vehicle to allegedly seeing the vehicle weave.  Upon a review of the video from the patrol car, it video didn't appear to support the officer's contention and as a result a motion to suppress was filed challenging the admissibility of all evidence obtained in the case.  Instead of having a hearing, the State agreed to amend the charge to reckless driving.
