Buena Vista County, Iowa. A GRL client was accused of inappropriately touching his daughters. The State filed charges of Lascivious Acts with a Child and two counts of Indecent Contact with a Child. Client was facing a maximum of 14 years in prison and a lifetime on the sex offender registry. During depositions, the State agreed to dismiss all charges after the victims notified the prosecutor that the allegations were untrue and coerced.
