Appanoose County Man Removed From Sex Offender Registry

Appanoose County – client adjudicated in juvenile court and required to register as a sex offender for the last 14 years has had the Court grant his removal from the registry.  Client met all requirements for removal and his victim consented to his removal.  The Court deemed his removal appropriate despite the State's objection.
