Client No Longer Required to Register As Sex Offender

Polk County, Iowa.  Client petitioned the Court for removal from the sex offender registry after 15 years of being on the registry.  Attorney Scott Michels successfully argued to the Court that the client met all the criteria to be removed from the registry.  The Court ordered that the man was to be removed from the sex offender registry and all of its requirements.
