Polk County, Iowa. Client was charged with 2nd degree harassment after allegedly threating to kill his wife's mother who was the alleged victim. The alleged victim contacted the client's attorney and provided and affidavit indicating that she was not harassed. As a result, the State was unable to prove the charge and it was dismissed.
